Rajinikanth starrer Enthiran 2 after Rana

Enthiran ended on a note where it gave scope for a sequel. Enthiran along with the Telugu and Hindi versions has broken all records in India by earning a staggering Rs. 100 crores in its opening weekend

Rajni has emerged as the king of the Indian box office. Now our Superstar is back with his next project Rana, with Rajini in a triple role. There are also reports that director Shankar is soon planning to make a sequel to Enthiran, Robot in Telugu and Hindi. Source says that the same team of Enthiran, including Rajinikanth, director Shankar, producer Sun Pictures, music director A.R. Rahman and cinematographer Rathnavelu will be part of the sequel.

The project is expected to commence after Rajni completes Rana.

Who is Going to play Heroine in Rajinikanth’s next film rana?

Earlier Deepika Padukone has admitted that she has got offer to pair superstar Rajini in upcoming Film. Now South Indian beauty Asin has been approached by the makers of South Indian superstar Rajinikanth’s next film Rana. A one-line summary of the script has been narrated to the actress and she is keen to team up with the super star.

The film has A.R. Rahman composing the tracks. Rajinikanth playing a triple role in this film. The film will go on floors in March and will hit screens in early 2012. The Rajinikanth’s next film rana to be directed by K.S. Ravikumar under the banner of Eros International and Chennai based Ocher Studios.

Deepika Padukone to pair with Superstar Rajinikanth: Latest News

Deepika Padukone to pair with Superstar Rajinikanth. Deepika Padukone has admitted that she has got offer to pair superstar Rajini in upcoming animation film Rana(HARA). Rana, which was earlier titled Sultan – The Warrior and then Hara, is a part animation, part feature film.

Deepika said that she is a big fan of Rajinikanth and it is an honour to be offered to star opposite Rajnikanth. Sources reveal that Rajinikanth is playing a dual roles and the filmmakers felt that Deepika would be the right fit for the role opposite Superstar.

Rajini’s daughter is producing this film and has completed directing the animated portions while it is said that KS Ravi Kumar will wield the megaphone to direct the feature film part.

Deepika Padukone is yet to decide, as her dates are fully packed in 2011. She is trying to workout on her dates and she does not want to miss this golden opportunity of her life time.
