Nayanthara changed to Hinduism

Nayanthara was a Catholic who was christened Diana Kurian, she will no longer go by that name. Her screen name Nayanthara will now be her legal name. The proceedings took place at the Arya Samaj temple and apparently she completed the prescribed religious rituals that would allow her to become a Hindu.

Christian organization its office bearer Inian John said that the news of Nayanthara’s decision to convert to Hinduism came as a shock. Nayanthara’s actions in the recent past have been totally against the principles of Christianity.

Vijay-Gautham Menon Yohan Film Updates

Great new for Vijay fans, Following films with Jayam Raja, Shankar and A.R. Murugadoss, Vijay will be joining hands with ace director Gautham Vasudev Menon. The Vijay-Gautham Menon project has been titled Yohan: Adhyayam Ondru.

The Vijay-Gautham Menon combo was to have come together earlier, when Gautham Menon approached Vijay for Kaakha Kaakha, but Vijay had to turn down the movie due to unavoidable suitvation.

This dream project is scheduled to go on floors by June 2012, will have music by maestro A.R. Rahman and the camera will be handled by Manoj Paramahamsa.

Ajith’s 50th film Mankatha August Release

Ajith’s 50th film Mankatha directed by Venkat Prabhu, the film also stars Trisha, Lakshmi Rai, Premji Amaren, Arjun and Vaibhav in prominent roles.

Mankatha is an action thriller which is rumoured to narrate the story of match-fixing sagas in international cricket matches. Arjun will play the role of an investigative officer who takes up the task of exposing the bookies.

The trailer of Ajith’s 50th film Mankatha will be released on August 3, 2010. The movie will be release before the end of the month. Director Venkat Prabhu confirmed on his Twitter page the music launch is scheduled to take place on August 10, 2011.

The movie is all about people and relationships. The conniving colleague and the suspecting husband act as the perfect foil to Krishna. They help establish the fact that he may be different but he’s a better man any day. This is a Vikram film. Perfect national award winning acting.

Special plaudits to Nirav Shah for the visually enchanting. Nirav’s camera just blends into the story. The colours of Ooty are brilliant, giving that sweet flash back an even more dreamy feel.

Baby Sara is a darling. Wonder how Vijay made her emote so naturally. Vijay provides enough fodder for this veritable storehouse of talent, and the actor gobbles it up. A blend of beauty and acting skill, it’s a joy to watch Anushka as a lawyer. Santhanam is lucky to get roles that transcend the level of sheer comedy fun with the right mix of substance.

Little Sara is cherubic. She deserves applause for the way she has carried herself through the emotional sequences in the movie.

Ajith Finished Mankatha and to start Billa-2. Now awaiting the release of his much-awaited don story ‘Mankatha’ directed by Venkat Prabhu. In this film Ajith sporting the salt and pepper a la George Clooney look. Mankatha soon going to see that light of day our ‘Thala’

Billa 2 as many would already be aware, will be more like a prequel of Billa which will throw light upon how a normal guy. This movie has more expectations among fans than usual thala flicks as Ajith will been seen as 20 year old college student a younger Ajith through this movie..

The director of this film, Chakri Toleti, will use an EPIC camera for filming. Billa 2 is now the first ever Indian cinema to be shot using an EPIC camera. EPIC Camera that was used by James Cameron to film Avatar 2.

Chakri Toleti went on a trip to Hyderabad, where he had gone location hunting for this film. Yuvan Shankar Raja will score the tunes for this flick.
